Fairbanks Park Project: Garlic Mustard Pull

The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park at Newfields

Garlic mustard is an invasive plant that produces a lot of seeds and disrupts the pollination of native ephemeral plants. It’s also an edible herb and is really fun to pull!
