Newfields will use your mailing address to send you catalogues, event brochures, and other Museum-related materials. Newfields will use your email address to send you updated information about the Museum via our email newsletter.
Newfields does not sell or rent the names and addresses of its members to any for-profit company or organization. Newfields does, from time to time, share the names and addresses of its members with other not-for-profit charitable arts and cultural organizations for the purpose of promoting programs, events, exhibitions, or membership.
Children’s Information
Newfields does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If personal information regarding a child is required for program participation or similar reasons, Newfields will collect this information from the child’s parent or guardian. If a child sends an email to Newfields, we will only use the address provided to respond to the inquiry and will not retain or use the information for any other purpose.
