PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This year Inspired by Spring will include photography created by Newfields biggest fans: YOU! Snap your own photographs of The Garden at Newfields this spring and submit them here for a chance to join the Inspired by Spring exhibition. Photographs will be selected weekly, and winning entries will be exhibited on Floor 2 of Lilly House beginning June 8, 2018. One winner a week will also receive a prize!

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Submit up to fifteen (15) photographs taken this spring, including close-ups of flowers or plants, overall Garden views, people interacting with the experience, or whatever you feel highlights your visit to The Garden at Newfields the best.

INTENDED USES:

Photographs selected for inclusion in the exhibition will be printed and framed for display on Floor 2 of Lilly House as part of the Inspired by Spring exhibition. There is no guarantee that any or all submitted photograph(s) will be printed and/or displayed.

FINAL PRINT DISPOSAL:

After the close of Inspired by Spring, any prints created from the submitted photograph(s) will be disposed of at Newfields’ discretion.

PROVISIONS:

I hereby grant the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Inc. DBA Newfields (“Newfields”) permission to display and use my submitted photograph(s) in conjunction with Inspired by Spring. I further grant the use of my name, voice, signature, and likeness in photograph, video, and audio materials in any and all printed and electronic publications and media applications (including, but not limited to, Newfields’ main website and Newfields’ external sites on Facebook. Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, ArtBabble, Tumblr, and Instagram) in conjunction with Inspired by Spring.

Additionally, I grant Newfields a non-exclusive license in perpetuity to use the submitted photograph(s) for archival, educational, promotional, marketing, website, and such other purposes as the Newfields will determine.

I will make no claims for monetary recompense, of invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity against Newfields for the use of these materials now or in the future.

These provisions govern this Release in all respects.

By checking the “I agree to the release agreement” box you acknowledge and certify that you have read and understand the contents of this Release, that you are over the age of eighteen (18), and are legally able to enter into the agreement of the Terms of this Release.
