Creativity & Wellness: Meditation & Mandalas
Take some time to get centered, relieve stress, and be creative in this Creativity & Wellness class with instructor Teresa Vazquez. Explore the relationship between mandalas and meditation, then participate in a guided meditation. Following the practice, the group will visit the Asian Galleries in the IMA to learn about the art of mandalas. Then, ponder the universe as you create your own mandala. This is a great opportunity to refocus before the holiday season.
