You’re invited to celebrate the exhibition opening for the third annual The Truth of Freedom in Waller Gallery on Floor 1 of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. This year’s exhibition, titled, African Diaspora to Afrofuturism is a reflection on the history of the African Diaspora and its varied celebrations of liberation and vision for the future.  

 

The exhibition features works of varying sizes, mediums, and styles, all by living, local artists. On Thursday, June 6, join us to meet the artists, have lively conversations, and make connections, while you enjoy light refreshments.
