Join us for an inspiring day honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through art, music, and reflection. Create your own masterpiece in hands-on workshops led by local artists and explore the Indianapolis Museum of Art while enjoying the vibrant sounds of Deckademics DJ & Production School.  

Enjoy story time in Star Studio, Bruce Ford’s powerful spoken word performance and The Audacity to Believe I Am Free in Deboest Lecture Hall. Complete the day with a special screening of Mission: Joy—Finding Happiness in Troubled Times, a film that celebrates the power of compassion and joy in challenging times (2021, dirs. Louie Psihoyos & Peggy Callahan, 90 mins, NR).
