The Hot Club of San Francisco: Postcards from Gypsyland

The Hot Club of San Francisco plays the gypsy jazz of guitarist Django Reinhardt, violinist Stephane Grappelli, and the original Hot Club de France. The music will take you right to Paris in the 1930s with its swinging beats and sweet melodies. The Hot Club performs many of the original works by Reinhardt and Grappelli and also incorporates original works by guitarist Paul Mehling and violinist Evan Price. Music by such varied composers as Claude Debussy and Jelly Roll Morton will make an appearance as well. Come prepared to lounge on the grass or kick up your heels.
