Go Public Gardens and International Museum Day
presented by Art Bridges
Join us for Go Public Gardens and International Museum Day presented by Art Bridges to celebrate the interconnectedness of art, nature, and wellness. Be inspired by pieces on loan from Art Bridges and enjoy corresponding art making activities and performances throughout the day.
Stop and smell the roses and go on a self-guided virtual wellness tour in The Garden. Sit down and stay for a while in The Beer Garden while sipping on refreshing beverages and fan-favorite food items. Head inside to practice mindfulness with ‘slow art’ activities in the IMA Galleries.
We will have shuttles running throughout the day to and from The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park and the Museum for all guests to use. Shuttles will also be available at the MLK Center, New Circle Church, and Center for Leadership development. Shuttles will be running every 30 minutes. The last shuttle will run at 5 PM.
