Share Your Vinyl and Musical Memory
Donate your vinyl records for a chance to have them included in new work by artist Walter Lobyn Hamilton, to be unveiled in the exhibition, What I Have You Have, opening August 26.
Now through Record Store Day on April 22, we are collecting vinyl records and album covers to be incorporated into an artwork entitled, One Nation Under A Groove Box Set, Vol 2. Lobyn's large-scale sculptural artworks are assembled from cut vinyl records and album covers, and yours could become part of this new piece.
Don’t miss the chance to drop your LPs, EPs, or 78s off at the Newfields front desk.
By donating your records, you understand that the records will become the property of Newfields and may be included in an artwork by Walter Lobyn Hamilton as well as altered for inclusion into the artwork One Nation Under A Groove Box Set Vol 2.
All unused records will be donated to community partners.
