Flavors of Fall: A Five-Course Chef’s Dinner

Join regionally-acclaimed chefs on the patio at Garden Terrace for a curated five-course culinary celebration of fall. Our very own Executive Chef Patrick Russ will be joined by Chef Youssef Boudarine, of Bluebeard and Anthony’s Chophouse and Executive Chef Jay Craddick of Humble Baron, located at Nearest Green Distillery in Shelbyville, Tennessee.

Each course will be expertly paired with beverages prepared and selected by Newfields’ Certified Cicerone LJ Whirley, Mixologist Ari Mambo, Certified Sommelier Jan Bugher of Bluebeard, Director of Midwest Sales Steven Pollock, and Director of Emerging Markets Drew Stein of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.  

Courses will feature both local and regional ingredients and stories, including components harvested from the beautiful 152-acre Newfields campus. Between each course, the chefs and the beverage experts will discuss the dishes and pairings with the guests, highlighting the ingredients, processes, and inspiration behind each dish.  

Tickets for the event are limited. In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be moved indoors.
