Dine with Dalí: Five Courses by Executive Chef Patrick Russ

You’re invited to indulge in a surreal gastronomic experience in THE LUME Indianapolis featuring Dalí Alive. Executive Chef Patrick Russ will draw on inspiration from the vivid colors, textures, and feelings that Salvador Dalí’s paintings evoke in this five-course sculptural masterpiece of his own.  

 

The menu will feature the Chef’s innovative interpretation of Mediterranean staples from Dalí’s birthplace in Catalonia, including fresh veggies, seafood, and a few of Dalí’s known favorites. Each course will be paired with expertly-selected wines from throughout Spain.
