Into the Latent Space by Brian Trippi:

Into the Latent Space is a metaphorical look into the mind of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This art is an expression of my fascination with AI and its impact on the world. From the swirling cloud of millions of dancing particles, to the images from nature being blown apart into pixels, the pieces in this featurette could be seen to be artistic representations of the mathematical processes that occur within an AI algorithm. All of these pieces were created using generative/algorithmic techniques and represent a true collaboration between human and machine.

About Brian Trippi, Bloomington:

Brian is an interdisciplinary artist based out of Bloomington, Indiana. As a music producer and digital artist, he is constantly seeking to incorporate technology into the artistic process. His work is created using generative/algorithmic techniques in which mathematics, randomness, and AI are incorporated into the creative process. It could be said that Brian’s work is a true collaboration between human and machine. Regarding his collaborations with AI, Brian has said “I do not make claims on whether AI is good or bad. I simply view AI as a tool, and I believe that when I work in collaboration with AI we are capable of creating better art together than either of us could create alone.”
