Youth Class: Painterly Play

Join us for a fun, four session class and play with different kinds of paint. Visit the galleries to find inspiration in the paintings on display at the IMA. Work with tempera, acrylic, and watercolor paints to make your canvas come alive. Learn the basics of choosing the right brush, color mixing, arranging a composition, and more! Take home your masterpieces at the end of the class. Artists of all abilities are welcome, from beginner to expert. Class tuition includes the cost of all materials, and the use of studio tools and equipment.
