Wine & Beer Collective: The Sommelier vs The Cicerone Pairing Dinner

When it comes to beer and wine, which is the superior food companion?  You tell us!  Join us for our very first battle of the experts—LJ Whirley, Newfields’ Certified Cicerone (beer sommelier) will take on Sommelier Jan Bugher of Bluebeard in pairing their choices of beer and wine to a set three course menu from Executive Chef Patrick Russ.  Each course will come with LJ and Jan’s beer and wine selections, and the guests will vote on their favorite pairings. Our Sommeliers will explain their pairings to the guests for each course and share their tips and tricks for creating great pairings.
