2018 MLK Day Celebration: Speaking LOVE

2018 MLK Day Celebration: Speaking LOVE
12 - 4 pm

Join us in remembering Dr. King’s legacy as local artists speak LOVE through poetry, music, and dance. Dr. King famously said, “People fail to get along because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don’t know each other; they don’t know each other because they have not communicated with each other.” On this day, honor his words by moving beyond your comfort zone to get to know someone new at Newfields.
