Summer Camps
Play, Imagine, Discover, Create. Join us for summer fun at Newfields. Participate in weeklong adventures with nature and the arts. Visit the galleries inside the Indianapolis Museum of Art, a historic mansion (complete with a secret staircase), The Garden bursting with blooms, and an outdoor art and nature park. Learn alongside an accomplished team of educators. Experiment with traditional and nontraditional materials and make a portfolio of artwork to take home.

Summer Camps at Newfields are designed to accomodate your child's educational and artistic development.
Camps are designed for all ages
Weeklong sessions are Monday – Friday with a convenient drop off time between 8:30 and 9 AM
Low adult-to-student ratio
All art supplies are included
Lunch and snacks are not included
Pick Up and Drop Off
During Camp Drop Off and Pick Up, adults may park their cars in the circle just outside the Museum’s main entrance. Campers will be released only to those individuals listed on your Pick-Up form. Be sure to bring a picture ID to pick up your camper.
Lunch & Snacks
Campers will need to bring a lunch, water, and two snacks daily that do not require refrigeration or heating.
Cancellation Policy
Families will be eligible for a full refund up to April 1, 2025. You are eligible to a partial refund, minus $50, from April 1 - May 6, 2025. From May 7, 2025 on, no refunds will be given.
If your child becomes ill during the camp week, families will be eligible for a partial refund of the weekly fee. If a member of your family becomes ill and it is necessary for your child to stay home, your family will be eligible for a partial refund of the weekly fee. The amount will be pro-rated based on the number of days the camper was able to attend.
