When you join a Newfields Donor Society, you become part of a special circle of visionary members who believe that exceptional experiences with art and nature can have a transformative impact on a person’s life—and a powerful impact on our community.
Donor Society members provide essential support for everything that happens at Newfields. With your help each year, we’ll provide tours for over 18,000 school children and unlimited general admission to our world-class galleries and gardens for more than 5,000 local college students. Your gift also helps support groundbreaking research like the Conservation Science Lab’s recent inquiry into chemical makeup of various paints in master works in the Clowes Collection. You also make it possible for us to share seasonal experiences, like Harvest and Winterlights, with thousands of under-resourced neighbors through the Newfields Community Ticket Distribution Program.
In addition to the impact your gift has at Newfields, Donor Society members receive a wide array of exclusive benefits, including invitations to popular events like Curator’s Choice and reciprocal admission at museums and gardens throughout the country. Five Seasons Circle | $500
Welcome to the inner circle of Newfields. We’re glad you’re here. Five Seasons Circle members get free general admission to Newfields, including the Indianapolis Museum of Art, The Garden, Lilly House, and the Madeline F. Elder Greenhouse, eight adults and unlimited children under age 18. Plus, you’ll be invited to insider events and behind-the-scenes tours and programs; get discounts in The Museum & Garden Shop and The Café and on event tickets; and get free admission at over 500 reciprocal organizations throughout North America.
Luminary Circle | $1,200
Five Seasons Circle benefits, plus free general admission for 8 adults each day. Luminary Circle members also receive recognition in the Annual Report and on Newfields’ Donor Wall.
The Newfields Society
Director’s Circle | $2,500
Luminary Circle benefits, plus intimate exhibition experiences with curators, conservators, and horticulturalists, just for members of The Newfields Society. Director’s Circle members also receive one complimentary Family-level membership to give to someone you care about and share the Newfields love.
President’s Circle | $5,000
Director’s Circle benefits, plus an invitation to a tour with the Melvin & Bren Simon CEO and a private, docent-led tour of an exhibition or garden for you and 12 guests.
Chairman’s Circle | $10,000
President’s Circle benefits, plus a private, curator-led tour of an exhibition or garden for you and 12 guests. Chairman’s Circle members also receive one complimentary Explorer-level gift membership.
Clowes Circle | $25,000
Chairman’s Circle benefits, plus an invitation to the annual Chair’s Dinner and a private tour led by the Melvin & Bren Simon CEO of the IMA Galleries or The Garden for you and up to 12 guests.
Lilly Circle | $50,000
Clowes Circle benefits, plus a customized behind-the-scenes museum or garden experience for you and up to 6 guests.

Newfields Donor Society members have the opportunity to embark upon extraordinary adventures with art and nature–both on campus and worldwide. When you join at the Five Seasons Circle or above, you’ll have the opportunity to travel with kindred spirits on international and domestic journeys, exploring culture all around the world.

In partnership with the Museum Travel Alliance (MTA), we are glad to offer Donor Society members access to worldwide travel opportunities. Tour with renowned scholars and curators, visit UNESCO World Heritage sites, travel aboard elegant chartered vessels and luxury trains, experience behind-the-scenes tours of major cultural institutions, discover world masterpieces in context, and enjoy local culinary delights.

A Newfields Donor Society membership is your access pass to MTA trips, where you can connect with fellow travelers from cultural institutions around the globe.
