Treat your mom to the mother of all Mother’s Day experiences with this special brunch designed to celebrate the wonderful mother figures in your life. Enjoy delightfully delicious pastries, freshly shucked oysters, crab eggs benedict, and dessert by Executive Chef Patrick Russ. The savory meal will be paired with sommelier-selected rosé wines. The location couldn’t be better, set right in the heart of our historic garden, it is the perfect place to celebrate mom.

Each ticket includes General Admission to Mother’s Day at Newfields. This brunch is limited to ages 21+. Seating is limited. Please note that there is one brunch at 9 AM and one at noon. Choose the one that works best for you.

Film Screening: Clueless

Channel your inner Cher Horowitz and kick off Mother’s Day weekend with the opening night of BODY / BEYOND: Fashion that Transforms accompanied by a film screening of Clueless. Experience our newest fashion exhibition featuring works of Jean Paul Gaultier (designer of Cher’s iconic yellow plaid skirt suit), Christian Dior, and more.

Begin in the IMA Galleries to be one of the first to see the exhibition. Then, head down to the Tobias Theater to enjoy pre-show activities and complimentary popcorn before the film begins at 7 PM. Cher-approved outfits are strongly encouraged.

Exhibition viewing is available until 8 PM and The Tobias Theater doors open at 6:30 PM.

About the film

In this modern retelling of Emma by Jane Austin, Cher Horowitz sees herself as a natural matchmaker and do-gooder. Stylish and popular, Cher deicdes to transform Tai, a sweet and awkward new student, into one of the most popular girls at school. As her plan backfires, she begins to recognize her own flaws and insecurities. Through a mix of humor, missteps and self-reflection, she discovers what genuine friendship, kindness and love look like–realizing she had been clueless all along.

Mother's Day: Relax & Restore Lounge

Take pampering your mom to the next level. Designed to add an extra layer of appreciation and care, this adults- only space invites caregivers to indulge in moments of relaxation and renewal. This ticket includes General Admission, a mimosa (or NA alternative), light bite, live music, wellness stations, and special take-home gifts. Guests can expect to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour in the Lounge. While mom sits back and recharges, we invite the rest of the family to explore The Garden and IMA Galleries or grab a bite in The Beer Garden and enjoy live music, art making, lawn games, and more.
