Homeschool Workshop: Elements of Art in the Park

Line, shape, form, color, and texture. These visual elements are fundamental to creating art and crucial in identifying plants and animals. In this workshop, we will let nature be our guide as we study the elements of art. How are the leaves of one tree different from another? How can those leaves inspire our creativity? We will investigate these questions, and more, as we explore nature through the eyes of an artist.

This workshop is recommended for students ages 8–14. Includes General Admission to Newfields.
