The Seedlings

Story. Celebration. Nature. Our floral designs weave these three threads together to create an interactive experience. Like an unread book or a painting waiting to be seen, we pack texture, colors, and scents into our garden-inspired designs that intend to surprise and delight our audience. Over the course of the last six years of event designing, flowers have acted as my pen to chronicle my clients’ journey and vision. Each of our constructions incorporates intentional color theory, organic free moving blooms, and foliage placed together with a heart for seasonality.

Penny's Florist

Art has been a part of my life since I can remember—I grew up dancing, both of my parents worked in the theatre, and my bachelor’s degree is in theatre management and design. When I found the opportunity to apply my love for art to the beauty of flowers, I was hooked. I’ve been a designer at Penny’s Florist in Greenfield for almost four years—I tend to reach for larger, more difficult pieces that tell a story, which is why I love funeral arrangements. I’d love the opportunity to say, “I’ve had an arrangement in a museum.” How cool is that!?

The Wild Petaler

As a creative I am drawn to the metamorphosis of flowers. From first seedling sprouts to the beginning bloom, through the very last moments before the last petal drops. Each phase brings a new and exciting discovery. Being present through the entire cycle is a gift, and I am thrilled to be able to share that with others.

I love creating with flowers. There is nothing quite like fresh blooms—their endless variety of color, texture, fragrance, and form. Flowers allow me to speak without words. Art in Bloom lets me interpret another artist’s vision and bring it to life through flowers, a challenge that keeps me coming back year after year. In every opportunity, I weave my personality and creativity into something living, meaningful, and inspired.

Anna Harris

Outdoor Environment Group

I see flowers as both medium and muse, drawing inspiration from their colors and, most importantly, their textures. While color creates immediate beauty, texture invites deeper engagement, offering a tactile experience for the eye. My work is influenced by the Dutch Masters, who celebrated the individuality of each bloom and the quiet drama within stillness. I explore balance, texture, and light through floral form. Each design is an intuitive process, celebrating the quiet urgency and impermanence of fresh blooms. I aim to create dynamic, intentional pieces that invite reflection on beauty, transience, and our relationship with the natural world.

Perennial Counseling

I’m a therapist by trade and a gardener at heart. I began arranging flowers at 19, during the same season I learned I was living with depression. Creating my first bouquet gave me a glimmer of hope - that even in my darkest moments, I have the power to create brightness. Since then, I've created weekly flower arrangements for myself and opened my mental health therapy practice, Perennial Counseling. My two passions often blend together: perennials endure winter’s hardship, yet vibrantly bloom in spring - much like the people I work with, who survive the harsh seasons of life with their resilience and and go on to bloom so beautifully, over and over again.

I've had the joy of designing for over twenty five weddings, Art in Bloom 2024 and 2025, WNBA Allstar Weekend 2025, all kinds of events & gatherings, and I'm just grateful to be trusted to bring floral beauty to all kinds of spaces!

Solstice Floral

Flowers have shaped my creative path in unexpected ways. From floristry to gardening, photography, and pottery, each practice has grown from the same curiosity... how nature moves, changes, and holds emotion. As an artist, I searched for "my medium" for years, exploring music, theatre, painting, drawing, and believed I had found my medium in flowers. What I have come to finally understand, is that my artistry is less about the confines of a single medium and more about continuing a dialogue with the natural world and how it informs the way I create, no matter the medium.

Petals & Pollen

My work as a florist is rooted in seasonality, movement, and an intuitive response to place. I’m inspired by how flowers can echo emotion, texture, and color. Growing and arranging my own blooms connects me to each flower’s story, from soil to stem to vase. I approach design as a dialogue between botanical material and space, creating arrangements that feel intentional, lively, and true to the character of the flowers themselves.

Almost 9 years ago I started creating ultra-realistic crepe paper flowers.
