Art in Bloom Application
Thank you for your participation. Applications are closed.
Here’s what’s new (and blooming) this year:
Showstopper Designers: Have you participated in Art in Bloom before or do you have experience creating large-scale floral installations? Apply as a showstopper designer. Out-of-state florists are welcome. Newfields provides a travel stipend and the chance to craft a stunning display.
Paper Flower Artists: Apply to be a part of the paper flower showcase taking place in the Stout Reference Library at Newfields.
Floral Demonstrations & Market Fun: Apply to host your own floral demonstration in DeBoest Lecture Hall or lead a Flower Power Hour mini-class in the Art in Bloom Market—both include an honorarium. Prefer something more hands-on and social? Volunteer to help guests craft their own Flower Crowns.
Prizes & Events: At Fête of Florals, a dazzling Friday night celebration, we’ll award ribbons for Excellence in Art, Excellence in Nature, and the coveted Crowd Favorite for all eligible pedestal arrangements.
Whether you’re a deeply rooted artist or blossoming talent, this is your opportunity to be part of a Newfields tradition that grows more vibrant every year.
Review our guidelines, FAQs, and time commitments carefully, then submit your application by January 14, 2026.
