Wine Collective

Join us at the historic Garden Terrace for a special five course Italian wine dinner by Executive Chef Patrick Russ and Sommelier Jan Bugher. Inspired by the diverse wine and culinary regions of Italy, the dinner will feature takes on classic dishes as well as unique interpretations by Newfields culinary arts department and our guest sommelier. Favorite wines from the dinner will be available for purchase following the event, and seating will be limited to ensure the best experience for our guests.
