Step back in time as you indulge in era-specific drinks in Pop Up: Hotel Bar, the Culinary Arts Departments’ latest experience just steps away from the Edward Hopper and the American Hotel exhibition. This pop up is serving up vintage-inspired American cocktails, think—Tom Collins, Old Fashioned or the oldie but goodie, a classic martini. For our younger guests sip, an orange soda or always refreshing Coca-Cola Classic. Vanilla milkshakes are back again, with both a spiked and kid-friendly option. The only downside: You won’t be able to charge your bar tab to your room.
