Deck the Halls at Lilly House
Come home for the holidays to Lilly House. Nature inspired the new decorations inside the Lilly House this year. The Great Hall will be transformed into a scene from a snow-covered park, complete with trees, a gate and snowballs. The Drawing Room will trade in paper origami for new hand-made felt animal ornaments. The Dining Room will be frozen over with icicles dripping from the chandelier and the table trimmed with frosted flowers and fruits.
Learn more about the house and families who lived there from Ask Me docents, every Saturday and Sunday from 2-3:30 pm.
Special support for Deck the Halls at Lilly House is provided by Betsy Dustman. Displays are made possible by the dedication of Newfields Volunteers, the design and creative direction of Sheena Birt of Color Story Studio, Greenhouse Coordinator Marian Keith, and support from Engledow Group.
